Definitions

Participant: an individual or representative scheduled to attend the Training.

Customer: the person or firm who purchases the Training from London Business Training Academy.

A. Acceptance of Registration Requests and Invoicing

London Business Training Academy reserves the right to not accept a registration request. If a registration request is made via the London Business Training Academy website, you may download an automatic tentative confirmation file or receive one by email. All registration requests are subject to availability and should only be considered accepted when you receive an invoice for the registration.

B. Tentative Registrations

The fee for attending a course must be fully paid and credited into our bank account by the invoice’s expiration date as instructed in the invoice of the tentative registration document. Course payment receipt or bank transfer course payment document must be submitted by the invoice’s expiration date as instructed in the invoice of the tentative registration document.

London Business Training Academy reserves the right to refuse entry to the course or to cancel the registration at any time if the course fee is not paid and credited into our bank account or if the payment receipt is not received by the expiration date of the invoice. In the event of cancellation, London Business Training Academy shall not be liable for any other loss or expense arising, and there will be no refund if the course fee is paid.

C. Course Fee and Payment

The fee to attend a course must be paid in full by the date of the course, as specified in the invoice. London Business Training Academy reserves the right to refuse entry to the course or cancel the registration at any time if the course fee is not paid by the course date as instructed in the invoice. In the event of cancellation, we are not liable for any other loss or expense arising.

The price does not include travel, accommodation, meals, or other related expenses unless explicitly stated.

D. Cancellations & Transfers

The participant must notify London Business Training Academy of a cancellation in writing. If a participant fails to notify of a cancellation before the course date, the full course fee will be payable.

If a participant cancels a booking 14 calendar days or more before the course date, no cancellation fee applies. If a cancellation occurs less than 14 calendar days before the course date, 100% of the course fee is payable.

Participants may nominate another person to attend in their place for the same course date but must notify London Business Training Academy at least three days before the course start date. Participants can be transferred to another course at no extra cost if they notify us 10 calendar days or more before the course date. Transfers made less than 10 calendar days before the course date will incur 100% of the course fee.

London Business Training Academy reserves the right to cancel a course registration at any time after acceptance of nominations. In this event, we will refund any course fees paid in full, and our liability will be limited to the value of the course fees paid.

E. Refund Policy

Full refunds are provided for courses cancelled up to 14 days before the course start date. For cancellations made less than 14 days before the course start date, the full fee applies, and no refund will be given. No refunds are provided for no-shows on the day of the course.
